Working privately with a yoga teacher provides many benefits beyond those available in group class settings. Whether you’re ready to challenge yourself and bring your practice to the next level, have an illness or injury that makes group classes inappropriate, or simply want to learn a practice you can do at home, we can help you explore yoga and find a practice that is uniquely suited to your personal situation.
Personal practice generally spans one to four sessions. A private instructor gives specific coaching on form and helps the client learn how to optimize their yoga experience. Occasionally clients prefer to have a personal yoga trainer at their home or workplace. Whether you’re interested in one session or one hundred, we can work with you.
Yoga therapy is a holistic and complementary therapy for a wide variety of health conditions, from back pain, to anxiety, to fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Yoga therapists work with the whole person, not just their specific health condition, and they have significantly more training than most yoga teachers. Tracy Weber was one of the first yoga therapists certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists and has been practicing yoga therapy in the Seattle area for almost 15 years.
