Whole Life Yoga Teacher Training offers proven, transformational yoga teacher trainings suitable for both aspiring and experienced teachers. We launched our first teacher training in 2003 and have trained close to 300 yoga teachers since then. All of our programs are registered with Yoga Alliance. Whether you are relatively new to yoga or have been teaching for decades, we have a program suitable for you.
This is Whole Life Yoga Teacher Training’s flagship program, and it is suitable for all yoga practitioners who want to deepen their yoga practice while learning to help others. The 200-hour program teaches the fundamentals of Viniyoga and prepares students to teach group yoga classes safely and effectively using the Viniyoga methodology. Students who have benefitted from this program include beginners to yoga as well as teachers with over 20 years of experience. If you have a passion for yoga, you have a home here! This program is designed for yoga teachers who have a basic understanding of the Viniyoga methodology and have already taken a 200-hour certification program. Although it is designed for graduates of Whole Life Yoga Teacher Training’s 200-hour program, our 300-hour advanced training is accessible to all yoga teachers who have a strong foundation in the Viniyoga fundamentals. Our 300-hour training (when combined with another 200-hour certification) provides certification at the 500-hour level with Yoga Alliance. Our next program begins on April 4, 2019.
Continuing education workshops are suitable for all Viniyoga-focused teacher training graduates and all current Whole Life Yoga Teacher Training students. Select modules are also suitable for yoga teachers who have trained in other lineages. A great way to deepen your teaching skills and learn how to adapt yoga to specific populations.
